I believe in people. In trust, in connection, and in building long-term relationships that go beyond transactions. I do my best to treat others with respect and honesty, to bring value, to help, because I truly believe that when you give good to the world, it comes back in meaningful ways. I see challenges not as problems, but as checkpoints, moments for reflection, learning, and adjusting my path. Every difficulty is an opportunity to grow and become stronger, both personally and professionally.
My journey started in IT, hands-on, from network engineering and programming, all the way to becoming a CTO and co-founder of a Software Development IT Company. And through all stages, the people and values around me have always mattered just as much as the technologies themselves.
I’m a curious and creative person by nature. I read a lot, I follow what’s happening in the world, I ask questions. In my free time, I write speculative fiction and explore ideas through storytelling , because imagination helps me see new perspectives and find unexpected solutions. I’m deeply interested in emerging technologies, especially AI, and I actively integrate them into my daily work and thinking. For me, AI isn’t just a tool, it’s a powerful way to expand creative and strategic potential, and I enjoy helping others discover that too.
This balance of humanity, creativity, and innovation defines who I am and how I move forward, with openness, vision, and a quiet belief that we can build better things, together.
In the world of outsourcing, many companies chase volume, but I’ve always focused on something else: depth and quality of relationships. Over the years, we’ve built strong partnerships with clients, some of whom have been working with us for more than 8 years. That means a lot to me. Especially in small and medium-sized businesses, every project feels personal, not just another task in the backlog.
I truly believe that a personalized approach and a willingness to take responsibility are the keys to real trust. I don’t hide behind roles or internal processes. I act as the bridge between our team and the client. I represent my company in direct communication, protecting the interests of both sides and keeping things balanced. That’s my role, and I take it seriously.
I know how hard it can be — especially for smaller teams — to deal with conflict in client work. Changing requirements, budget disagreements, gaps in the contract, or misalignment in approaches aren’t just annoying, they’re real challenges that can damage trust. I see my job as breaking things down, removing the emotion, and offering a clear, structured path forward.
My style is calm, logical, and grounded. I look at what each side wants, what they fear, and what their strengths and weaknesses are. Then I offer 2–3 possible paths: a compromise, a tough approach, and a backup plan. The format is always simple — “here’s what I would do.” Whether to follow it or not is up to the person in the situation. What matters most is having a compass when things get unclear.
